Project Title : Notice Eye (Android application for  Notice Board of  science faculty of  University of Jaffna)

Description of the project :
                                            Objective of our project is to build a virtual notice board system for the notice board of science faculty including main notice board and all the department's notice boards.

       Through this system we determined to provide following facilities for the Dean of science faculty ,AR, HODs, lecturers and students.
       The facility to be provided for the Dean of science faculty, AR, HODs and lecturers is a website consists of relevant facilities, they can prepare and post their notices in online that visible to the students instantly who are registered in the android application NoticeEye.
       And also lecturers can send messages instantly to a group of students.
       The system has two kind of notice board one is for main notice board
and another is for department vise notice board.
       We have different administration hierarchy levels for the approval purpose of prepared notices.Notices which are approved by the high level admin, only published to the android application of the students for visible.
      Here, we’ve decided to provide separate user interfaces for authors accordingly their administration levels.
      Here,we’ve decided to use incremental model for the software development.
